Signs of sickness of fish
- Fish becomes restless or abnormal
- Loss of balance and maintain its position in the column of water.
- Tends to lie on its side either resting at the bottom or floating at the surface.
- Tails and fins don’t seem to function normally with vigor
- Persisting discoloration is common
- Erosion of scales, fins, gill lamellae or part of skin
- Gills appear pale
- Slimy grey excretion on skin
- Swelling of abdomen
- Bloody or bulging eye
- Slowing down or complete stoppage of feeding.
