Mountain:
- A mountain is the large land form that stretches the above surrounding land in limited areas usually in the form of peak.
- Mountains are formed through tectonic forces or volcanisms.
- In oxford English dictionary a mountain is defined as a natural elevation of the earth surface rising more or less abruptly from the surrounding level and attaining an altitude which is relatively to the adjacent elevation, is impressive for notable.
Mountain Agriculture:
- Mountain agriculture is predominant activity of a mountain people which includes all the land based activities such as cropping, animal husbandry, horticulture and forestry.
- It serves as a focal point of sustainability for the intervention of mountain areas.

- People (farm house hold)
- Crop ( Agronomy + horticulture)
- Livestock
- Forest
- Pasture land (Grazing land)
