Cleaning:

The term cleaning refers to the removal of milk residue and visible dirt. The cleaning of dairy plant is carried out in 3 stages.

 

a) Rinsing:

  • To remove loosely attached dust, dirt and milk residues.

 

b) Scrubbing:

  • To remove strongly attached dust ,dirt and milk residues.

 

c) Re-rinsing:

  • Second rinsing, to remove all traces and milk residues and detergents.
