Introduction :

System :  A set of detailed methodology, procedure or routine developed to carry out a specific activity, duty or solve a problem and achieve desired goal.

Examples:

  • Governance system in Nepal
  • Educational system
  • Security system

 

Elements of the system :

A system consists of five elements. Viz :

a) Components ( the interacting structural constituents of which the system is made.)

b) Inputs ( the raw material for the system to run which are processed into the produce)

c) Outputs ( product of the system )

d) Process ( a naturally occurring or designated consequences of changes of properties or attributes of the system 0

e) Boundary ( the parametric conditions that delimit and define a system).

  • to improve
  • to create a new one.
