Classification of Communication system

  1. Individual Communication system:
  • Individual communication is one-on-one interaction with another.
  • Individual communication allows for continuous feedback based on each person’s input.
  • The communication that takes place between two individuals is very specific to each other’s
  • Since the flow of communication is continuous, individuals have a better understanding of each other’s thoughts and opinions and can respond directly back to each other.

 

Individual communication system is broadly divided into two :

  • Intra-personal communication
  • Inter-personal communication

 

Criteria for effective communication

A. Understanding facts :

There are four important factors for understanding of fact.

  1. Self-confidence: A process in which individual has full belief in the things he/she told
  2. Trust : Farmer believes the service holder students more than the fresh due to polite behavior while talking.
  3. Self-esteem : It means that we have to think others problem like own problem we have to learn and adjust the situation where we go in individual community.
  4. Empathy : Projecting oneself into a work of art or other object of contemplation.

 

B. Understanding Knowledge :

  1. Technical knowledge: Greater the technical know-how in the part of communicator, the more effective communication system.
  2. Methods and techniques: A theoretical knowledge has nothing to do if the communicator does not know the methods and techniques about a subject.
  3. Consequences of development: Suggesting the farmers about a particular professional without considering its future consequences or effect.
  4. Continuous improvement: A communicator should have recent knowledge to face the current problem in a particular topic.
  5. Overall development: Knowledge used by communicator should help in overall development of the receiver as far as possible.
  6. Public relation: It is most important thing in the side of communication because without a good public relation he cannot be succeeding in his program.
