1. Buckling: Male goat between one-two years.
2. Goatling: Female goat between one-two years.
3. Pashmina : Undercoat of cashmere goats, as soft wool in great demand of clothing.

Note: Goat is called Poor’s Man Cow and rearing of 10 goats is equal to one cow.

Terminology related to swine

1. Bacon: Hog’s flesh, especially the back and the sides.
2. Boar: Uncastrated male pig, used for breeding.
3. Closed gilt: Female after being castrated also called barrow.
4. Gilt: Young female pig, raised for breeding purpose.
5. Grunt: Sound of pig.
6. Ham : Meant of hind leg.
7. Hog: Uncastrated male pig for meat.
8. Hogglet: Young boar of 2^nd year.
9. Sow: Adult female pig, used for breeding.
