  1. Reptilian Nephron
  • Nephron without loop of henle
  • Located in renal cortex
  • Less quantity of water is reabsorbed
  • Cannot concentrate urine.

  • Nephron with loop of henle
  • Present in medulla
  • High amount of water get reabsorbed.
